• Evolution gift certificates are redeemable only at Evolution Skincare & Wellness.

• Gift certificates may be applied toward eligible services and retail products purchased directly from Evolution.

• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

• Gift-certificate purchases are final and nonrefundable.

• Dollar-value certificates are applied toward prices in effect at the time of redemption.

• Any unused balance remains available for a future eligible purchase.

• Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate.

• Gift certificates cannot be combined with promotions unless specifically stated.

• Gift certificates do not include gratuity.

• Booking, cancellation, late-cancellation and no-show policies still apply. Applicable fees may be deducted from the certificate balance.

• Lost or deleted certificates may be replaced only when the purchase can be verified through Vagaro.

• Evolution is not responsible for gift certificates transferred or shared without the purchaser’s or recipient’s permission.

• Gift certificates do not guarantee appointment availability. Advance booking is recommended.

• Gift certificates may not be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

Can I print the certificate?

Yes. Vagaro provides a print option during the purchasing process.

Can a certificate cover only part of a service?

Yes. The balance can be applied toward an eligible purchase, and the recipient may pay any remaining amount using another accepted payment method.

What happens to an unused balance?

Any remaining balance stays on the certificate and may be used toward a future eligible purchase.

Can the certificate be refunded?

Gift-certificate purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Does the gift certificate reserve an appointment?

No. The recipient must schedule an appointment, and availability is not guaranteed. Early booking is encouraged.
